Mitchell Ginn graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1982 and a Masters of Architecture in 1985.  Since founding his firm, he has become a Southern Living designer and has achieved high levels of recognition both in Georgia and nationwide.  Mr. Ginn's work can be seen in many of the prestigious neighborhoods of Fayette and Coweta counties, including North Cove, The Peninsula, Highgrove, Newnan Country Club and Lake Redwine Plantation. Though the Architectural Review Board at Newhaven will consider approving plans from other residential designers, we recommend utilizing the services available through L. Mitchell Ginn & Associates.
